As a Consultant, you will collaborate with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients to provide expert advice and solutions tailored to their unique needs. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes, industry requirements, and market dynamics to develop strategies that drive innovation, optimize operations, and accelerate product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative packaging solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Select appropriate materials and create detailed design specifications, drawings, and prototypes.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of packaging systems, including physical performance, environmental, and compatibility tests. Analyze results and report recommendations.
  • Document test protocols, procedures, and results for client review and regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate and improve existing packaging processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging solutions.
  • Maintain and apply up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry trends affecting packaging.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for quality assurance and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Package Engineering required with up to 3 years experience with an industry internship preferred
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills used to address client’s project needs
  • Familiar with ASTM and ISTA test methods, ISO 11607-1, ISO 11607-2, 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485
  • Experience with GDP – Good Documentation Practices
  • Good understanding of processes and equipment used in assigned work

  • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
